Please note that the old HSe tapes (eg. HSe-211) which had a shrink ratio of 2:1, have been replaced by these new HSe tapes (eg. HSe-211E) which have a more useful 3:1 shrink ratio. Please see the table below when choosing the correct size from the new HSe tapes. Heat Shrink tubing is now also available in white or yellow.

This non-adhesive tape is made of a special material that is wound in the tape cassette as a flat tube. Once printed with the relevant identification details, the tube is opened up and passed over a cable or terminating connector and heated with a heat gun, the tube shrinks down, gripping the cable tightly. No adhesive is needed, ensuring that even in warm environments the heat shrink tube will not unpeel from the cable.
