Delivery Charge
Delivery is to the UK only, and the following options are available:
UK Mainland
Standard Delivery - FREE on orders over £60, or £2.95 under £60
Next Day courier - £5.95 all orders
Northern Ireland
Standard Delivery Only - £9.95
(Note: We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or Isle of Scilly)
Delivery Method
Smaller packages are dispatched by Royal Mail. Larger/heavier packages, and 'Next Day' deliveries are sent by courier - A signature is required for all courier orders. Orders can be delivered to your home or work address.
Home deliveries : With courier deliveries, if you are out during the day our couriers will leave a card with their personal mobile number on it. When you get home in the evening, just give your delivery driver a call on their personal number and they will come round again that same evening - up to 9pm - to deliver your parcel to you.
Business deliveries : These will be delivered during normal business hours
You can of course have your personal items deliverd to your work address if that is more convenient.
Dispatch Timescales
Orders placed on a weekday before 15:30 will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 15:30 may still get sent same day or may not get sent until the next day depending on how busy we are.
Orders placed at the weekend will normally be dispatched on Monday. There may be slight delays if an item is out of stock, but we will notify you by e-mail if the delay is more than a couple of days. All items are held in stock as standard, but we run out occasionally if there is unexpectedly high demand.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
You can pay by Credit/Debit Card during the checkout process.
After you have completed the checkout you will be sent an email to acknowledge that we have received the order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Returns
You may return any unused and unopened items within 7 days of receipt if you realise you have purchased the wrong item or even if you just change your mind. Faulty items will, of course, be replaced.
Please contact us before returning an unwanted or faulty item, so that we can notify you of the returns address and issue you a returns number so we can track and process your return quickly.

Credit Card Security
At the payment stage of the checkout process you will be connected to the Secure Payment Servers at SecureTrading. We also have a backup payment system with PROTX, so if there are any temporary technical problems you will still be able to make your payment.
For maximum security your card details are entered and processed directly on the SecureTrading servers. We do not see your card details and at no time are they stored on our systems.

Privacy Policy
Tao Technologies Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than for the purposes of order fulfillment (eg. we have to tell the courier company your address!). In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. However, if you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
